Opinion of Value

We list our opinion of value on each listing. The value listed is just exactly that, it is our opinion. It is not a guarantee of value, nor a warrantee of what you might expect to sell the property for. Market conditions change all the time and we are unable to predict what may happen in the future.

Our staff runs market comparables on over 750 properties each week....the market values we list are the exact market values we rely upon in our internal calculations when we purchase the properties, but again, that is what WE use as a baseline.

If you do not feel you are qualified to determine what the market value of a particular property is, we suggest you find a Real Estate Professional with access to the Arizona Multiple Listing Service to determine the current value of the property. It is important that you reach that conclusion on your own.
