But frankly, why would we? Over the years, we have listened to our Customers concerns and requests. This has resulted in a carefully structured buying strategy which we execute on a daily basis. In essence ......those properties which do not meet our standard are left for "others" to purchase. At the end of the day our Customers remind us that it is "not how big your numbers are, but how much you keep" that really matters. OUR SALES METHODS - WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT The properties we purchase at Trustee Sales and through a variety of other sources are placed on our website and distributed to ALL of our subscribers. Several vendors have appeared in our wake since we started the trend many years ago. A variety of services are offered. Some will ask you to "bid" against other Investors on properties BEFORE THEY ARE ACTUALLY OFFERED at the Trustee sale, so, in essence, if you choose to do business with those Merchants, you must win 2 auctions, the first one against the OTHER CUSTOMERS of the Vendor, and the second one when the Actual Trustee Sale occurs. Some maintain websites with properties for sale, but the properties offered appear to be properties which have not been selected by those who are on their "Preferred Customer List." Their web-site exists as a secondary marketing platform. The "Preferred Customer" does not have to access their website to make a purchase, instead, they are called in advance and offered premium or more desirable properties, over the telephone BEFORE the lowly mainstream website subscriber is afforded the opportunity to purchase "picked over" inventory. And even if you are told you are on "the special list", how do you every really know? In what "order" are you approached by the salesman ? In the end, you decide where the best opportunity exists.
