Inspecting Properties 

This site contains properties that are both occupied and vacant. Viewing occupied properties can be a dangerous undertaking, and although this has been done by some of our purchasers with success, we DO NOT endorse this activity and it is your choice and your risk. The parties in possession are being sued to forcibly remove them (evict them) from the premises if they do not vacate by a certain date. Their frame of mind is, at best, UNPREDICTABLE.

We suggest that property inspections be conducted after a property becomes vacant. All properties are "keyed alike" once they become vacant. We then have a written agreement (liability purposes) that must be signed before a key can be issued.

Driving Directions: Entering the downtown area from the North you will head South on 7th Avenue. Make a right on Adams, go to 10th Avenue and we are on the Northwest corner of 10th Avenue and Adams.

Ask the receptionist for a copy of the EZ Homes, Inc. Master key. There is a short, one-page liability disclaimer you will be asked to sign and then you can keep the key forever. There is no charge for the key.
